All our staff have both a cleaning and a management role. This means that we have no hierarchy. We don't employ supervisors. in a traditional cleaning company, one manager oversees 6 supervisors who oversee 120 cleaners.

How does this work in practice?

Well, my name is Nick and I work as a cleaner 20 hours a week and I also maintain this website, all our software and hardware equipment and communications. I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk and the cleaning I do helps keep me fit and healthy. I check the quality of my colleagues work and they check mine.

A good work balance means that I have a healthier more active lifestyle and my customers have a more motivated and responsible cleaner. I have a personal development plan that ensures I am always adding to my skills and therefore able to offer you continually improved customer service.  

Our fresh approach to commercial cleaning permeates every aspect of our work. We use a Lean business model that means we are constantly looking to improve customer service and working practices.

We are also highly competitive on price at £10 per hour. You don't change your cleaning company unless there are issues with the quality of their work or you find you are paying too much. A cleaning schedule can be arranged regardless of the size of your premises. There is no minimum spend and no minimum contract length.
